An Academy Lecture on “Vector-Borne diseases: Current Issues and Recommendations” to be presented by Dr. Muhammad Morshed, Expatriate Fellow, BAS & Fellow, TWAS and Professor, Dept. of Pathology & Laboratory Medicine, University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada. This Academy Lecture organized by the Bangladesh Academy of Sciences will be held on Monday, 17 February, 2025 at 11:00 am at the Nousher Ali Lecture Gallery (Room no. 126), East West University, A/2, Jahurul Islam Avenue, Jahurul Islam City, Aftabnagar, Dhaka-1212.
Maj. Gen. (Rtd.) Prof. Dr. ASM Matiur Rahman, Fellow, Bangladesh Academy of Sciences has graciously consented to attend the Lecture as the Chief Guest.
Prof. Dr. Mohammad Ashik Mosaddik, Pro-Vice Chancellor, East West University will preside over the occasion.
The event will be moderated by Dr. Munirul Alam, Fellow, BAS.
