An Academy Lecture on “Pathotype profiling, pyramiding of multiple genes of disease resistance and potential use of bio-synthesized nanoparticles in rice diseases management” to be presented by Dr. Md. Abdul Latif, Fellow, BAS and Director (Technical), Supreme Rice Research Centre, Supreme Seed Company Limited. Uttara, Dhaka & Ex. Director (Administration & Common Services), BRRI, Gazipur. This Academy Lecture organized by the Bangladesh Academy of Sciences will be held on Monday, 05 May 2025 at 11:00 am at the Conference Room, Administrative Building (3rd floor), Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University, Sher-e-Bangla nagar, Dhaka 1207. 

Prof. Dr. Zahurul Karim, Vice President, Bangladesh Academy of Sciences has graciously consented to attend the Lecture as the Chief Guest. 

Prof. Dr. M. Jahiruddin, Fellow, Bangladesh Academy of Sciences will preside over the occasion. 

The event will be moderated by Prof. Dr. Mirza Hasanuzzaman, Fellow, Bangladesh Academy of Sciences.
